One of my favorite restaurants in the Vegas area is Blume! Located in Henderson, NV., Blume is a modern restaurant with an ambiance that is both casual and elegant! They claim to represent “The Art of Culinary” and I couldn’t agree more! To dine there is an experience of it’s own. The food is artistically plated, the presentation has a lot of flare, and the food is Amazing! I highly recommend checking out Blume when you’re in the Las Vegas area!
